EIK Bistro is a seasonal restaurant located at Mossala Island Resort in the Finnish archipelago.

Inspired by Nordic and archipelago food culture, the restaurant focuses on local ingredients, homemade food and honest cooking. The menu features locally sourced meat and fish, house-baked breads, smoked specialties, seasonal produce and desserts made in-house.
