Pilgrimage center

The first pilgrimage center of Finland is located in Turku Cathedral. You will find it in one of the side chapels on the right side of the church hall.

You are warmly welcome to visit the Pilgrimage Center during the Cathedral’s opening hours, every day from 9 am to 6 pm. However, please keep in mind that during church services, concerts, and other events in the Cathedral, the Pilgrimage Center cannot be visited. During summer our staff available from Monday to Friday and during winter our staff is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The Pilgrimage Center is a cozy space where you can stop to rest, meet others, read, or find information about pilgrimages in Finland. In our small shop we offer products connected to the theme of pilgrimage such as locally made pilgrim’s staffs, water bottles, cards, posters, and sustainable jewelry made by local artisans.
