Turku Jazz Festival 2025

Turku Jazz Festival: A Ray of Light in Early Spring

March’s fleeting glimpses of sunshine after a long period of darkness are often linked to jazz in the minds of Turku residents. Held annually since 1969, the Turku Jazz Festival enriches the city's event calendar during the early spring months. As Finland's second oldest jazz festival, it offers the freshest domestic music, brings international top-tier performances to the city, and highlights local talent, such as the recipient of the Turku Jazz Artist of the Year award.

During the festival week, there's something for every music lover. The program includes free concerts, vinyl listening sessions, a wine-tasting concert, jazz brunches, children's concerts, and, of course, jam sessions, which are a vital part of jazz culture. The weekend’s main concerts are hosted in the beautiful Teatro Hall at Logomo, where people of all ages are welcome.

As a sustainable cultural city, Turku draws strength from its deep roots, while international exchange keeps it in tune with the times. The city produces quality content year-round, with the Turku Jazz Festival being an important part of this vibrant cultural landscape. Welcome to experience top-tier jazz!

The festival is organized by Jazz City Turku Association.
