Mindful Walk - "Nature bath", Nötö Island
Experience outer Archipelago nature and discover a whole new world of sensations with Mindfulness. During the walk we "bath" in all the impressions of nature; the waves of the sea and the silence of the forest, resting your gaze on the tops of the trees and noticing details. Our nervous system recover from stress, the immune system is strengthened and we create a breathing space just to be.
The walk includes gentle guidence by ElinMaria, experienced and certified mindfulness facilitator. There will be contemplative conversations with tea-break as well you get a guided insight into the historical imprint of Nötö's cultural landscape.
