Renew your energy with a relaxing paddling and yoga retreat in the beautiful Nötö archipelago. Let yourself rest in silence and experience the magic of the Archipelago Sea National. Let your body relax and be in tune with the peace of nature. Sense the nature around you in a new way through mindfulness, nature therapy and gentle yoga.

Kayaking, mindful walking, Yoga in nature and a relaxing sauna offer the opportunity for our nervous system to relax holistically and our whole being to be filled with new strength and inspiration. By consciously slowing down and giving ourselves permission to rest in nature with all our senses, we can empower our nervous system and recover from stress, strengthen our immune system, reduce anxiety and fatigue, and improve cognitive skills and creativity.

This retreat is ideal for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing weekend in nature in the Archipelago Sea National Park. Our base is the promontory at the southern end of Nötö Island, where there is a nature campsite and a cooking hut. We each stay in our own tent.

On Saturday, we will take a full-day kayaking trip in the nearby Nötö archipelago and enjoy a picnic lunch on the island. On Sunday, we will do yoga individually tailored to each person and enjoy the nature of Nötö through mindful presence exercises.
