Experience a seasonal five-course dining journey at the Nordic Archipelago Chef’s Table, set in the Finnish archipelago, in the heart of the Turku archipelago.
This intimate, nature-based fine dining experience celebrates the natural rhythm of the Finnish archipelago, following a forest & sea to table philosophy. Ingredients are foraged, locally sourced or freshly caught, reflecting the changing seasons and the surrounding landscape.
The evening begins with a quiet transition into nature. Guests are invited to spend time outdoors, with the option to enjoy a sauna session or simply settle into the atmosphere of the forest. A botanical aperitif, such as a Nordic ferment or herbal infusion, accompanies this moment.
Dinner is served at a shared table, with one menu per evening, prepared on-site and presented personally. The menu is shaped by what is available in the moment — from wild herbs and berries to fish and forest flavours — offering a refined yet grounded taste of the archipelago.
The evening concludes outdoors by the fire, where dessert is served under the open sky — in the light of the Nordic summer nights or beneath the stars.
With a maximum of eight guests, the Chef’s Table remains an intimate and personal experience.
